Student Feedback

Student feedback is an important element of the Teaching Excellence & Development Framework that offers a valuable perspective from the recipients of instruction – the students themselves. Through anonymous surveys, students share their thoughts, experiences, and suggestions related to the course and the instructor. This component provides instructors with direct insights into how their teaching is perceived by the learners, allowing them to make data-informed adjustments. Student feedback helps instructors identify aspects of their teaching that resonate with students and areas that may need improvement. It also reinforces the importance of student-centered teaching and fosters an environment where students feel heard and valued.
