Prize Options
We will randomly select two winners with the following prize structure.
1st Winner | iPad (10th Gen) 256 GB
2nd Winner | Airpods Pro (2nd Gen)
Eligibility and Survey Deadline
Students who submit ALL their available surveys before the survey deadline will be entered in the giveaway automatically. Survey deadlines are clearly indicated in the SCF dashboard at https://scf.utah.edu.
Random Selection Process
CTE will generate a list of the uNIDs of students who submitted all their available surveys before the survey deadline. All survey responses will be strictly confidential. Connecting a student’s identity to the survey responses will be impossible.
CTE or an independent third party will use a computer program to randomly select the two winners from the list of eligible students.
Winner Notification
We will notify the winners within two weeks after the semester's final surveys close, via their UMail (unid@utah.edu) accounts. Winners must claim the prize within 14 days of receiving the notification email, or a new winner will be randomly selected.
Documentation
CTE will keep records of the entire process, including response data, winner selection and emails, and prize distribution for future reference.
