Student Course Feedback | Survey Instrument

In April 2019, the Academic Senate approved the following survey instrument for use on all credit-bearing courses. In Spring 2021, the University replaced its standardized student course feedback instrument with this new set of questions designed by the Senate Advisory Committee on Student Course Feedback (SACSCF).
